I finally have enough done in the boy's playroom to want to share it! I don't know if I'll ever be 100% done with this room because I want it to continue to grow with them as they get older, but for right now, I'm so happy with how it has turned out. For me, a playroom is 3 things: a safe place to play, a place to store toys, and a cozy place to cuddle up and read. I feel like we achieved all three of those things with this room. As baby Clark got a little bit more active, I wanted to start allowing him to play under a jungle gym. However, when Oliver outgrew his jungle gym, I got rid of it because I hated how large, bulky, and obnoxiously colorful it was! I had been procrastinating buying a new one because the minimalist looking wooden ones that I liked were so expensive and the cheaper ones were the same problem as Oliver's old one. So, a few days before Christmas I complained about this to Domenic, showed him a picture of the wooden ones I liked, and he told me he could make one himself!
