I am so guilty of scheduling too many things and leaving the house without enough snacks for the day - then we end up stopping for ice cream or french fries because my kid is hungry and my diaper bag is empty. I've been determined to find healthy snacks that won't get destroyed in the Alabama heat and make sure my bag is always stocked so we don't have to stop for junk food options. Below are my favorite snacks to have in my bag that a toddler is guaranteed to love!
My 2 year old does chores. I know not everyone agrees that children that young should be doing chores around the home, but in our house we do. And, Oliver loves it! Does he do them every time without complaining, making a bigger mess in the process, or having to be asked 1000 times - no, but I still love the responsibility associated with completing small tasks.
Thank you to everyone that has been praying for and checking in on me since we announced our pregnancy (and before for the people that knew what we were going through). I finally have some time and energy, now that my mom is here to help with Oliver, to write a little about what we have been dealing with.
This video has been a LONG time in the making! I have been collecting bags and videos for this for over a year now! This video will take you through my 6 favorite diaper bags and outline what kind of mom would prefer each bag. You can find links to each bag below if you want to purchase one. I hope you find one that is perfect for you!
