Well we have been at this eating solids game for a month now, and I have definitely learned some lessons that will make baby #2's (not a revelations folks... referring to the far future!) first month of solids much smoother. Luckily for me, Oliver loved solids right away. I have heard stories of babies that cried or couldn't figure out how to swallow the food. In that regard, I had it easy. However, here are 10 tricks and tips that will help you along the way.
I know that this post is short, but after being asked some questions about Oliver's schedule from other moms, I wanted to share it here. Every child has a unique schedule, but at certain ages, there are usually some similarities. This isn't meant to be a hard and fast guide for what a 5 month old's schedule will look like, but it can serve as a guide if you want to compare two children at the same age.
I am a 26 years old follower of Jesus living in Rhode Island with my 2 little men and wicked handsome husband. I love coffee that doesn't taste like coffee, am really bad at putting on lipstick and vocally wish I could join the CIA. Now that you know a little about me, time to read a whole lot more!
