1. Caprese Salad:
D and I both loved this dish. It was simple, summery, and healthy. I used Orzo and Linguine noodles for the base and added Italian dressing and baked chicken to the original recipe. I threw in some cut up cherry tomatoes, basil leaves and Mozzarella Pearls (small pre-cut balls)I made enough for a few days so we can eat it for lunches!
This was A-M-AZING! Get this: chocolate chip cookie on the bottom, Oreos in the middle and fudge brownies on top. The pictures speak for themselves.
Hint: I only used half of the brownie mix because it would have overflowed the pan. Also the directions say cook for 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes but it only took mine 30 to cook all the way through.
