15 days away so it is time to hit the workouts hard! like most wedding dresses, my legs are not exposed. I made my workout plan to focus mainly on my upper body and my abs. Even though my corset will hold my stomach in nice and tight, I still want to look good on my wedding night :)
This is a two week workout plan. Hopefully I will be able to post a 2 week wedding diet in the next few days! I am also adding my tanning bed routine. This may not be something that everyone needs, but I have got to get rid of all of my tan lines if I want to look nice in my dress!
*my tanning routine is for a person who tans easily and does not burn. Please consult a doctor before starting a tanning bed routine if you have never done so.
