In keeping with my Hopes and Plans for the Summer, I am trying to lose 6 lbs. D helped me come up with a plan to up my Cardio, build some more muscle, and cut down on fat.
D also bought me some new workout clothes the other day to help motivate me in the gym! Nothing like a new outfit to get a girl moving :)
Some of the key changes I made to my current work out plan include more reps on sets, increasing weight gradually on sets, and increasing the number of exercises in one workout. Each workout should take an hour to an hour and a half, which I know is a long time, but with my summer hours I have the time to spare. I usually take Sundays off and try to spend Saturday doing an outdoor activity like tennis or running the track.
I wrote them out by hand and made plenty of changes before I settled on a good plan!
I wish that I had pictures of myself doing these exercises, but that is yet to to come. Hopefully I will be ale to post some tutorials on how to properly do some of the exercises soon.
*I stretch before and after each workout even though I didn't write it in there
2nd set- 15 reps 45 lbs
3rd set- 10 reps 50 lbs
